Located in a serene area, the property boasts of beautiful gardens, providing a calming ambiance. the complimentary breakfast served was scrumptious and filling. the rooms had a consistent supply of hot water with well-maintained bathrooms. the property featured a range of amenities including a swimming pool and cozy lounge areas.
Customer service was not top-notch with some of the staff struggling with English and lacking basic hospitality skills.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the nice breakfast provided by the hotel and the hot water that was available in the shower. Additionally, the garden was well-maintained and added a pleasant atmosphere to the property. The hotel's location was also great, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
My experience was hindered by some negative aspects. Firstly, the staff lacked the ability to communicate in any language other than Portuguese, leading to some difficulty in discussing certain matters. Moreover, some of the clerks had poor customer service skills. Additionally, over the course of my three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, and the hotel’s wifi was often slow and unreliable. Considering the price paid per night, I had expected better service.

The hotel provided clean facilities, ample parking, and delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful in arranging transportation. the location was superb with a lush garden adding to its charm.
